Alexander Ivanovich Kuprin, an outstanding Russian writer of the early twentieth century, occupied one of the most unique and prominent places among the works of his colleagues. Every time I read his most interesting works, I never cease to be surprised and admire his talent to create unusual, lively and vivid images that, after reading, remain in the reader’s memory for many years. The writer was a diversified person, but still constantly improved his knowledge and mastery of various sciences. Later, already retired, he worked in different guises: as a church minister, a journalist, a loader, and even in dentistry. So?
