PROCEDURE:

1. Seller issues signed SPA + Indemnity to buyer and buyer fills and signs and returns with his supercargo and inspector’s details (The buyer that will sign the SPA must be registered in USA/Europe/Asia to be accepted).

2. The seller nominates loaded vessel in Nigeria waters for the transaction and Buyer issues bank POF for entire cargo via swift MT199/799 from top 100 world Bank to seller's bank then seller's bank and attorney in USA verifies the POF with issuing bank.
3. After successful confirmation within 10 banking days the vessel captain issues NOR/ETA to buyer's port on behalf of buyer and buyer's shipping agent acknowledges the NOR/ETA and sends port forms for captain to fill for E-Booking in at buyer's port and vessel captain fills the forms and buyer shipping agent starts E-booking with the port and informs the port about the arrival of the vessel.
4. Upon arrival at buyer's port, the Vessel captain makes a voice announcement to the port at 12 nautical miles and the buyer's agent confirms the announcement with the port and obtains the Gazette from the port then clears the vessel in for boarding.
5.Vessel captain issues MATB and NNPC issues CLEARANCE to buyer's team and vessel captain brings onboard buyer's supercargo and inspector and supercargo issues attestation while inspector collects samples and comes down with the samples while supercargo remains onboard.
6. Within 72 hours of samples coming down the buyer pays US$1,000,000.00 (One million US Dollars) cash for logistics for documentations and keeping super cargo on board and introduction to the vessel handler and seller confirms the payment and the processes are executed

7. Within 72 hours of samples coming down the buyer's inspector and inspection company issues the quality and quantity (Q&Q) report to the seller and buyer then the seller issues a commercial invoice (CI) based on the Q&Q report.

8. After vessel’s discharge into buyer’s onshore tank the not later than 24 hours the Buyer makes payment for entire cargo via MT103/TT wire minus all logistics payment and Seller pays commission fee to consultants.

9. Seller & NNPC confirm the payment and NNPC issue Warranty of Title (WOT) and full change of ownership to buyer.
