GRETTA VAN RIEL - START AND SCALE
There's eCommerce courses out there that are literally 5 times as long and cost half as much.
Also, there's nothing really new you'll learn in the training either.
HERE'S AN OVERVIEW OF EACH MODULE:
Module 1: Find Your Niche
A niche is the market you're going to be selling products in and this module is all about finding the right niche.
This section is very basic and there's nothing cutting edge here. You could easily find this information on Youtube by just searching "dropshipping niche idea."
You'll also learn how to build audience profiles to see if your niche will end up being profitable.
Module 2: Million Dollar Branding
Gretta is an elite level brander and if there's one module that expresses her expertise it's this one.
There's different ideas on how branding works in the eCommerce world.
Some believe you should strictly test products and then build your brand around winning products.
Others believe you build the brand first and that will attract customers.
I think both ways work and I'm more of a find a product and then brand around it guy.
This module teaches the second way. Again, though, it really just depends on where you want to take your store.
Module 3: From Idea To Inventory
The dropshipping model that's most popular right now is to get products from Aliexpress and remarket them on your own store (increasing the price in the meantime).
This course goes a different route and teaches you how to find suppliers outside of Aliexpress.
You're still taught to find suppliers in China but you're also taught how to find suppliers in America as well.
In this module you'll also learn how to negotiate prices, place orders and how to deal with packaging and shipping.
Module 4: Build An Audience Of Buyers
This section is about finding people that are going to want to buy your product.
One tactic being taught is to make a waiting list to build up curiosity about what you're selling
Obviously Gretta uses this strategy herself because you have to go on a waiting list to get Start and Scale.
I personally don't like this tactic unless there's a valid reason for it (like you want to limit how many people get access to a product to keep it quality high).
Module 5: Launch Your Store To Sales
This module builds off the last module and gives you more tips on launching your store.
You'll also learn how to take payments, set up customer service and other tips that make running your store easier.
Module 6: How To Scale Your Store
When you find success the next step is to scale your store and that's what this module will teach you.
